About Peak Vacation Properties
A Brief History
Peak Vacation Properties is a locally owned and operated vacation property management company offering professional management for all types of residential vacation properties. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of professional service to ensure both our guests and property owners have a 5-star experience.
After founding our sister company, Peak Property Management, in 2014, it was time to branch out into a new area of property management. Alise purchased the McCall Vacation Properties portfolio in October 2025 and incorporated those homes into Peak Vacation Properties. The company has already grown, and currently has 21 vacation homes under management, located in Nampa, McCall, and New Meadows.
Alise Erickson - Company Owner
Alise grew up in Nampa, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/International Political Economy in 2006 from the College of Idaho, and with a Master’s in Political Economy from the University of Idaho in 2010.
Alise has worked in residential and commercial property management since 2011, and founded Peak Property Management, LLC in 2014. She maintains an Idaho real estate license through Western Idaho Realty in Caldwell.
Alise oversees general operations at PPM, and handles guest and owner communication for Peak Vacation Properties.
Amber Fenich - Operations Manager
Amber has been with the company for six years now and is the backbone of the company! Amber oversees housekeeping quality control and scheduling for six independent housekeepers. She also helps communicate any needed maintenance, to help keep properties in top-notch condition.
